Collaborative Local Governance Policy Visioning and Reflection

The Civic Forum on Human Development (CFHD) in partnership with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) held a provincial local government workshop under the theme “Collaborative Local Governance Policy Visioning and Reflection”. The workshop objectives were: • To promote inclusive approaches to local governance planning and visioning in the context of COVID-19 and the devolution thrust of Government; • To reflect on challenges on approaches for community-driven local reforms; • To develop practical strategies for local governance stakeholders to influence change on inclusive participation and resource allocation in Zimbabwe; • To generate policy position papers for guiding devolution work in the RDCs of Zimbabwe.
