Human Settlements Policy

The CFHD in collaboration with IOM and UNDP conducted a validation workshop on the Human Settlement Policy at Steven Margolis on the 15^th of August 2019. The validation workshop sought to bring together stakeholders from several ministries and institutions to discuss and review the human settlement policy draft before it is finalized and taken through the various stages of approval by the Cabinet. Representatives from Mashonaland East, West and Central, Matebelaland North and South, Midlands, Manicaland, Harare and Bulawayo provinces attended the workshop. The workshop was officially opened by the Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing, Honorable July Moyo. 123 participants (92 males and 31 females) attended the workshop.
